 Yes, every shipment of ours is sent with the “review before you pay” option. It is advisable to take advantage of it, so that if there is a discrepancy between what was ordered and what was received, you may not accept the shipment. Products purchased from the FRAGNAN.COM online store can be returned after completing an electronic return request.

If the shipment was picked up and paid for in a physical FRAGNAN store, then you should return it to the respective location where you received it.

Complaints after acceptance of the shipment will not be considered.
